Anuradhapura District Parliamentarian Susantha Kumara Navaratne says that the government has now given the country's law the opportunity to implement it independently without any interference and that the statements made by the owner of the YouTube channel are just ordinary statements.

The MP stated while speaking to the media in the Doramadalawa area that the law of the country is currently being implemented equally for the poor, the rich, the powerful and the powerless.

National People's Power Parliamentarian and Medawachchiya Electoral Organizer Susantha Kumara Navaratne further expressed his views at the event.

“We would like to say that the law in our country has now been made independent.

Therefore, the relevant facilities have been provided to the law enforcement agencies.

The law is being implemented independently. There is no political vendetta or government interference in this.

Therefore, we have allowed this judicial system to operate independently.

We tell the people, especially if you had any distrust in the law and the judiciary in the past, now you should have faith in that law and the judicial process.

Similarly, people who make YouTube channels can say a lot of things.

We have seen people say a lot about the future in the past.

Such things can happen. They were not done with the aim of causing any kind of disturbance.”
