Today, Sirasagossip is joined by Madushani Tennakoon alias Mithu Tennakoon, a new artist who contributes to modeling as well as acting. This is Sirasagossip's discussion with her.

Let's start with the name, village, school and date of birth, right?

Yes, that's good... My name is Madushani Tennakoon. But everyone calls me "Mithu". My date of birth is February 22nd. I went to school at Sapugaskanda Visakha Vidyalaya. I am currently in Makola.

How did you get into the modeling industry? How long have you been in this industry?

It has been about a year since you entered the industry. I learned about modeling from Nick Jayamaha Sir's modeling school. I still learn about modeling every time I get a chance.

Have you also contributed to acting?

Yes.... Short Films, Photoshoots, Bridal Shows, and TV Commercials have already contributed to several.

Was it a dream of mine to join the modeling/acting industry since childhood?

Yes.. I really wanted to be a talented actress since childhood.

What are the limitations in modeling?

There are limitations. I don't wear too many revealing clothes. I work carefully, choosing and saving according to the way I lived since my time.

If I mention the people who helped me get into this field?

There are many people. My family grandmother, mother, aunty, Menik Akki, Muthu Akki, Raj Ranasinghe, Parakrama Sir, my modeling Sir Nick Jayamaha, Studio UK brother, Sugath Samarakoon Sir, and Suresh Bandara, Priyanga Vishwajith, they should be mentioned in particular. And there are people who helped me a lot. Chamath Vindula Aiya, Arora Akka, Susantha Tennakoon should also be mentioned.

What kind of decision would you make if you were invited to a half-naked modeling shoot?

There is no need to think twice.... They say no.

What do you hope to do in the future?

I will continue modeling. I am learning acting from Sugath Samarakoon sir. I am planning to go on a big journey with it. I am planning to do the little things I get beautifully.

What do you have to say about Sri Lankan modeling?

Now Sri Lankan modeling has come a long way to go internationally. There is so much progress to be seen.

What do you think about the distance you have come...

I have come a short distance... I plan to go a long way.. I am very happy with the things I have come this short distance.

What do you think about love....? Are you a lover right now? A lover?

I am not a lover right now. I love those who love me very much. The way I see it, love is a good thing... beautiful.
